Before starting treatment, our team conducts a comprehensive benefits review to confirm coverage for your medication, supplies, and nursing care. We then provide a clear estimate of any out-of-pocket costs—so you know what to expect before your first infusion.
If your therapy involves high-cost medications, we’ll also check for manufacturer copay assistance programs, foundation grants, or patient assistance options to help lower or eliminate your financial responsibility. Our goal is to match you with every available resource to reduce cost as much as possible.
Should there still be a remaining balance, we can work with you to create a flexible payment plan that fits your situation. We believe financial transparency is part of good care—which is why we communicate all costs upfront and coordinate with your insurance to help avoid any surprise bills later on.
-
Your infusion care team includes a pharmacist, infusion nurse, and patient care coordinator—all focused on your safety, comfort, and success with therapy.

If you have a family member or friend who helps you at home, we’ll keep them informed (with your consent) and involved so they can confidently support your treatment.
